Reference mall in Madrid

In 2017 the French investment fund Klépierre initiates the reform of the Plenilunio shopping center, directed by the Chapman Taylor Architecture Studio. This shopping center is considered one of the best in Madrid for its great offer in shops and leisure.

The objective of the reform was to offer a functional and modernist environment to the user with a substantial improvement to their different accesses. Klépierre, as a reference group in Shopping Centers throughout Europe, had the experience of SIGNES in the implementation of its new corporate image, both for the interior and exterior of the shopping center.

The implementation of the new brand has been carried out with materials and finishes of great quality that are integrated perfectly with the reform. Inner work has been done with curved shapes and elements with halo lighting. The signage of the toilets and information points are very important in the interior signage as a whole. The new signs of the operators have also been executed for each location, homogenizing materials and dimensions.

Externally, at the mall entrances have installed large monoliths illuminated internally, with a height of up to 9 meters. The finishing material used is Composite, which provides great durability and resistance and easy maintenance.

The signage of the different accesses to the underground parking has been executed through large porches made of aluminium. Complementary to the porticoes of access, in the parking plants has been updated the signaling of the vials which guarantees the correct flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
