Purposes and legal bases for processing
Handling enquiries and information requests. We process the data you provide through the electronic forms on this website or by email in order to manage your request, supply the information or services you ask for, and maintain the contact arising from that relationship. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form and expressly accepting this policy, together with the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Marketing communications and newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your email address in order to inform you about our products, projects and news. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message or by writing to info@signes.es.
Website security and prevention of abuse. We process certain technical connection data in order to protect this website against automated submissions, spam and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of our systems and information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Nature of the data requested
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a given field, providing the information requested is voluntary, and refusing to provide it will not reduce the quality or scope of the services you request. However, failure to complete the fields marked as mandatory, or the submission of incorrect data, will prevent SIGNES Imatge i Comunicació, S.A. from managing your request or sending you the information you have asked for.
You warrant that the personal data you provide is accurate and undertake to notify us of any changes to it. Where you provide third-party data, you must have informed those individuals of the content of this policy beforehand and obtained their authorisation.
Retention periods

Recipients of the data

Some of the suppliers referred to above are established outside the European Economic Area or may process data from third countries. In such cases, transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR, principally the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or an applicable adequacy decision for the destination country. Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. designed to distinguish human users from automated traffic and to protect our forms and pages against abusive submissions, spam and automated attacks. It is used in its invisible mode, so in most cases no action is required on your part.
In order to provide this service, Turnstile processes certain browser signals, such as the IP address, the TLS fingerprint, the user-agent header, and the site key and its associated origin. According to Cloudflare, these signals do not allow any individual to be directly identified, and their purpose is not to identify, profile or target users, but solely to detect and block automated traffic. The signals collected are strictly necessary for this purpose and are not used for advertising or analytics.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of SIGNES Imatge i Comunicació, S.A. in ensuring the security of its website and preventing fraudulent or abusive use, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare acts as a data processor when it processes this data in order to protect our website, following our instructions. In addition, Cloudflare processes these signals as a data controller in its own right for the purpose of improving its bot detection capabilities, relying on its legitimate interest. This processing may involve an international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the contractual safeguards agreed with that supplier.

Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as your right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, under the terms set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
