Much more than a Shopping Center, a space to enjoy

Sexta Avenida Shopping Centre has a varied gastronomic offer and a large leisure area to enjoy it all year round. Access is very fast from the centre of Madrid on the road to La Coruña, it has a large perimeter parking that surrounds the main building.

With more than thirty specialised establishments; beauty and health, sports and leisure, fashion and accessories, services and technology and a Mercadona hypermarket, distributed over its two floors.

Signes was in charge of modernising the communication and identification of Sexta Avenida to update the image of the Centre, facilitating the accesses to the exterior parking and entrances to the building - through signage. The brand image was redesigned with a modern identification of the facades, based on the existing graphic identity, and images and fashion photographs to rejuvenate communication.

The installation of large-format luminous signs on the main façades gave the Centre an avant-garde look.

In the interior there were some complex corridors that made it difficult to locate some establishments. To solve this problem, arcades with striking colours and unique roof signs were designed, which solved the problem by turning those same corridors into an attraction.

Signes redesigned all the interior signage achieving a new and colourful localisation of the stores.
