A high level of advertising

The Damm Company – one of our best customers – acquired the Cacaolat brand in order to revitalize the popular chocolate milkshake brand, which for many years was the undisputed leader in its market segment. Parallel to the new business project, the new brand strategy was to relaunch Cacaolat, communicating its new launch with an aggressive advertising campaign featuring celebrities who consumed the popular milkshake and occupying new urban spaces: banners, signs, posters and advertisements.

In Santa Coloma de Gramenet -Barcelona-, Cacaolat made a major investment to update its factory; accesses, buildings, loading and unloading areas were modernized. The factory’s tallest silo, which faces the entrance to the city, became an extraordinary and enormous advertising medium.

After carrying out an engineering project of the silo roof – which is 40 m high – to calculate its resistance, it was decided to enlarge its four sides on the upper part, obtaining a new surface of approximately 200 m2, which allowed us to place the brand and its characteristic graphics in a privileged place and at a dimension that can be perfectly read from a distance of 1.5 km.

All this set was indirectly illuminated with LEDs, achieving at night an image of extraordinary strength that conveys the modernity and innovation of this great industry.
