Paseo de Gracia at your feet

Condes de Barcelona Hotel is superbly located in Paseo de Gracia, in the heart of modernist Barcelona, in front of Gaudí's famous La Pedrera building, and a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the historic city centre.

The Hotel, which occupies an old 19th century palace - Casa Daurella –, offers an 126-room accommodation together with a catering service by the chef Martín Berasategui, holder of three Michelin stars in the Lasarte restaurant. Its Alaire terrace, located on the 8th floor of the hotel with views of La Pedrera and the Sagrada Familia, is a point of reference and an unmissable meeting point in the city.

The hotel underwent an integral renovation in 2015 by the Factoría UDA firm and the interior designer Mercè Borrell, in which all the common spaces and rooms were renovated. Signes participated in the design of the hotel's interior and exterior signage programme, in which a light numbering system and milled texts was developed, with a precise selection of fonts to convey a current, modern and elegant image that coexisted in an integrated way with the architecture and the new interior design.

The intervention included the realisation of some large format panels for the headboards of textile high quality printed beds and mounted on wooden frames with printed images that give great personality and uniqueness to each of the rooms. Other interventions such as the directional and positional elements of the meeting rooms area or the Alaire terrace complete the unique set of signage of this hotel.
