Berlin Project

Das Stue is a luxury hotel located in the center of Berlin, it has been designed by Patrícia Urquiola, the international architect and Spanish interior designer settled in Italy for more than 20 years. Das Stue Hotel is formed by a manor house -rehabilitated to be converted into a hotel next to the Spanish embassy- and an annex building of moderate architecture to accommodate new rooms, a starry restaurant and the hotel facilities.

It also has a relaxing Spa and an elegant restaurant called Cinco by Paco Pérez, run by this renowned Catalan chef.

The project was made from a preliminary Concept Design proposed by the team of interior designers and later developed at the graphic and industrial level by Signes. Our proposal also included the study of signage needs, the manufacture of the signs and the assembly of all the elements.

Copper was the material proposed as support since it fitted with the decoration and was part of the interior design, the minimalist proposal designed resolves the needs of identification but with the premise of only seeing the signage when needed. All the pieces were cut by laser, engraved and finished with a bath of semi-matt varnish.
