The reference project in Casablanca

This magnificent resort, designed by Foster & Partners, consists of a Four Seasons Hotel, tourist apartments, a residential area, business centre and the Anfaplace Shopping Centre.

All these facilities are connected by galleries, outdoor gardens and a large car park. As such, the signage becomes especially important, so Signes designed a bespoke project that would create an orderly, easy flow for all its users.

Signes carried out the wayfinding project requirement analysis, as well as the subsequent manufacture of all signage elements.

Totem signs were made as identifying markers for the different buildings, as well as directional monoliths to allow users to identify their location from any of the resort’s main areas, making destinations easier to reach within a complex network of corridors and gardens that may be difficult to tell apart due to the overall similarity of the architecture.

The signage was written in French and complemented with pictograms and internationally recognised imagery.
